Is There a Right Way to Load a Dumpster?
Placing the dumpster on the edge of the property or driveway works best.
There are a few things you should know before placing your dumpster in the driveway. When it arrives, follow these simple steps to make sure all of that trash gets taken away with ease:
1. Fill up as much space with the larger heavier pieces so they do not cause problems when scaling down later on! Spread these around in order to keep weight evenly distributed as much as possible.
2. When you are done with your project, make sure there is nothing hanging over the sides and that all trash is below the top of the dumpster’s walls to avoid costly extra fees.
3. When you are finished loading your debris, give us a call if it is sooner than the scheduled pick-up date and time. We will come over and remove the dumpster.
Do I Need a Permit for a Dumpster?

Do I Need to be Present for my Dumpster Delivery?
There is no need to be present for delivery or pickup. Just make sure the area where you want your dumpster placed is clear and not blocked by cars or anything else that may prevent us from accessing the spot. This can result in missed deliveries and a fee. Please also be certain nothing is sticking up over the top of the dumpster as well.
How Much Space is Required?
To ensure the safe delivery of the dumpster, we require at least 60 feet in a straight line leading up to where you want it placed with an additional 10-and 1/2 ft. width. We also need 23 square feet of overhead clearance for our trucks which will be raising the back part off ground and rolling off onto its destination property.

Dumpster rental periods typically range from 7 - 14 days. Depending on your location and demand, you can usually extend these for a low daily rate that will be determined by our staff at the time of rental agreement acceptance via phone call or email correspondence with customer service representatives before pickup/delivery services are provided.
Will my dumpster be picked up automatically?
Make sure to schedule a pickup for your dumpster before it ends its rental period! We will not pick up the roll-off dumpster unless we are notified.
You can schedule a pickup for your dumpster online before the last day of the rental period. If you don't call us, we will charge an additional fee per day that is over and above what was paid at the time of reservation.
Can I order additional dumpsters?
If your dumpster fills up before you are finished with a project, do not worry. We offer an empty-and return service.
You can also order more dumpsters for your project if needed.
